STUART P. BRADSHAW
Mr. Bradshaw is a licensed security and investigation consultant and Owner of Atlantic Security Group Incorporated. Mr. Bradshaw has over 25 years service in the British Police with proven expertise and experience in criminal investigation, intelligence, counter terrorism, counter espionage and customs operations. He served for over 12 years with the British Special Branch, engaged in counter terrorism intelligence gathering and operations. He has operational experience in countering and dealing with all forms of terrorism, its methodology, ideology and consequences. He is credited with the development, formation and implementation of joint working initiatives between Customs and Police, leading to joint operational teams at all major air and sea ports. His initiative enabled him to work extensively with private industry, defence, technology companies and port operators in improving their critical infrastructure security and emergency preparedness. His expertise includes: financial investigation; criminal/terrorism intelligence and investigation; threat, risk and vulnerability analysis (TRVA); legislative analysis; corporate due diligence; agency cooperation; and development of training programs.
LIEUTENANT COLONEL KENNETH BUTTERWORTH, OMM, MSM, CD, BBA, MMDS
Lieutenant Colonel Butterworth has over 36 years of leadership experience in progressively more demanding and responsible operational and staff positions in Canada and abroad. He has proven expertise and experience in strategic program development, budget analysis and risk management, and extensive training and experience in security management, contingency planning, research support, and developing and delivering training. His expertise includes threat, risk and vulnerability analysis; media information management; managing diverse and specialist groups; and inter-agency coordination. Lieutenant Colonel Butterworth holds an advanced degree in Management and is finalising accreditation in the use of the Incident Command System.
ADAM W. MOSHER
Mr. Mosher is a Senior Incident Response and Security Consultant with over 11 years in Information Technology. His extensive experience and technical knowledge range in Industries from Federal and Provincial Governments, Legal, Finance, Public Safety, Health Care, Insurance, Energy, Power, Health, Transportation, Education and Manufacturing. His current emphasis is on Digital and Network Forensics, Incident Response, Security and Network Analysis, Web Application and Penetration Testing, Malware Analysis, Threat Risk Assessments and Infrastructure Governance. He has led forensics investigations ranging from Corporate, Civil and Criminal and has completed many high-end complex security engagements for Core Critical Government Infrastructure networks and Global 2000 organizations. Mr. Mosher is also the lead developer of ACES, an anti-child exploitation system which utilizes fuzzy set theories and web user compatibility profiling, along with video and picture identification through a storied approach. Mr. Mosher is a frequent presenter on a variety of security and forensic issues for National and International Conferences. He has also delivered security talks to private corporate focused events and has also delivered core training to various organizations as well. Topics presented on include: Gathering GeoTagged data from Social Networking Sites; Evasion with Anti-Forensics; Targeting Child Pornography in the Workplace; Mobile Malware; Web Application - Secure Enhancements; Critical Security Controls; and The Mobile Landscape - Privacy vs. Security. Mr. Mosher is a good listener and an advocate of collaborative work environments, with well-developed written and verbal communications skills that prove effective in mentoring and training technical and non-technical personnel.
